Meet Our Team
I am dedicated to empowering individuals through every step of their recovery journey. I’m furthering my education earning my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health and Addiction. I have 8 years victory over Alcoholism! I first broke free from the bondage of substance misuse in AA, and my continued sobriety exists because of the Grace of God. I Praise Jesus for pulling me from the pit of Addiction and Mental Health struggles. God has put me within communities at the Phoenix Sober Active Gym (Denver), Women’s Cherry Hills Church Re-entry Bible Studies, 1 st Stop Sober Living Bible Study, 4 years with Most Excellent Way Calvary Chapel in Aurora, and volunteering within the fight to pull people to safety from Human Trafficking. I would be blessed to have the opportunity to speak with you about your struggles.

Peer Recovery Coach | Group Facilitator
Jenny has been on her recovery journey since April 7, 2005. She is a trauma-informed peer recovery coach serving with The Refinery for Change, where she supports individuals on their journey of healing and restoration from addiction, domestic violence, and human trafficking. With a heart for ministry and service, Jenny walks alongside others with compassion, understanding, and faith, helping create safe spaces where people can share their stories and begin rebuilding their lives.
Since beginning her coaching work in 2023, Jenny has been passionate about facilitating peer support groups that focus on emotional healing, personal growth, and practical life-skills development. She believes recovery is not only about overcoming past challenges, but also about discovering renewed purpose, strength, and identity.
Jenny integrates trauma-informed care with faith-based encouragement, helping individuals build resilience, healthy coping skills, and supportive community connections. Her work is rooted in the belief that transformation is possible for every person and that no one’s story is beyond redemption.
“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”
